  31. A PowerPC running NT would be a great place to port LightWave to!  The 100MHz  
  32. PowerPC 604 can execute up to 4 instructions per clock.  Its estimated  
  33. benchmark is SPECint92 160 and SPECfp92 165 (the 133MHz 620 is SPECint92 225

  38. You should be able to get a PowerPC 601p for under 4k (with a free 604 upgrade  
  39. when it's available).
